It's no secret that the sunset barbeques at 1221 Ocean Avenue have become one of the most coveted weekend invitations in town. During July and August, 1221 Ocean Avenue residents and their guests are invited to relax around the expansive rooftop pool deck and infinity pool and enjoy four distinctive barbeque events. The fun begins on July 4th with a savory All Amecian BBQ. July 27th offers a Hawaiian theme. August 17th brings a Western BBQ flare. The final summer festivities will take place on August 31st with a Cajun BBQ. We are very excited to introduce this new concept for bringing together our residents on the rooftop at 1221 Ocean Avenue.
