This new amenity opened in May 2008 and offers an entertainment and business environment featuring two 58" plasma screens with a DVD player and Omni music system, seating for up to 30 people, complimentary PC & MAC laptop computers, and a coffee bar with the Starbucks Interactive Cup Brewer. 1221 Ocean Avenue residents are invited to gather together to view sporting events, TV shows, and movies. The Lounge is available on a reservation basis to 1221 Ocean Avenue Residents for their entertainment and business events.
